Our Story
We’ve Been Manufacturing & Supplying Hydraulic Cement Since 1976 featuring our original MS-Brand products.
Cement Technology was formed in 1976 by Jack Gibbs to provide high-quality hydraulic cements and patching compounds to businesses.
Since the late 1980s’s daughter Suzanne Means and son-in-law Bill Means, have grown the company to be what is it today – for having a reputation for delivering the best cement products in the industry.
Jack Gibbs retired in 2000, but even after his retirement, he would go to the office every day to stay involved and help where needed. He even had his original red dial phone mounted on the wall to remind him where it all started. And it hangs in the office still today!
In 2010, John Means joined the family business alongside his parents and grandfather. Making Cement Technology a third-generation corporation.
Today, Bill, Susie, John, and the manufacturing team are dedicated to the same values instilled in them from founder, Jack, who was dedicated to providing honest, reliable work and quality products.

Manufacture and Produce Hydraulic Cements and Patching Compounds for the Pre-Cast and Pre-Stress Concrete Industries
MS-Acrylic
MS-Acrylic is a liquid bonding agent used to enhance the physical properties and adhesion of Portland cement-based mixes.
MS-concrete rub
MS-Concrete Rub is a blend of multiple Portland cements and select graded silica sands. It is used for thin application on precast concrete or poured walls to fill small pin holes.
MS-Patch
MS-Patch is a concrete patching mortar custom blended to match the concrete products of our customers. White patch for white concrete is available.
MS-Plug
A fast setting hydraulic cement, 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. Also comes in regular setting hydraulic cement setting in 3 to 5 minutes. Often used in manhole rehabilitation sector.
